What is this rash? *no more naked baby pic*

My daughter has this rash I just found when I went to change her diaper. It's only been 3 hours so really not long and she wasn't very wet. And she also wasn't over dressed, she's dressed about the same as me and doesn't feel warm or sweaty.

This is the rash: (not the best pic, its from my cell.)

It's mostly lower but it's spreading up her tummy to her chest as well now.

I'll be deleting the pic soon.

I would block out certain parts if ya get my drift.

Eczema maybe? She might just have sensitive skin. Have you introduced anything new to her diet?

And tbh the rash doesn't show well. It could be a heat rash tho!

I was just trying to show the whole rash but i'm going to delete in pretty quickly. I just don't know what it could be and that area is the most concentrated, its really dark there and alot more bumps

Look up heat rash and see if it looks similar. Heat rash can be from sweating in her clothes even. As the other poster said could be eczema too. Try finding a soaps for eczema like Aveeno.

Nope she's EBF I should've mentioned. But I haven't eaten anything new either. And we haven't switched diapers, soap, lotion, or rash cream. I've never seen this on her, and she's 12 weeks so I just worry.

I would look up treatments for heat rash and if it doesn't work and isn't going away take her to her pediatrician.
