It's hard to see the rash clearly. When DD got red down there we would let her air out a bit which helped buy one time DD had a slight rash and it ended up being a fungal rash?

I worry alot about that. We let her air out after patting her dry with a cloth diaper every time we change her. But my nephew had fungal rash last year and he had it for months nothing helped, not even the cream from the DR for a while. I felt so bad for him and I don't want her to get it.

Thanks! After a couple days if it keeps spreading and doesn't seem like heat rash I'll bring her in.

Oh poor kid. Did he use cloth? We use cloth but she only had that rash in sposies. Dr gave us ointment and it cleared in a couple days.

Nope he never used cloth. We don't either though, we just use the gerber cloths for burp or butt rags because they work well. But we've used Huggies since birth and she's never had a problem, and we only used anything different twice (Luvs and Pampers), a few weeks ago and nothing happened then either.

But if she does get a fungal rash now, I might actually switch to cloth, because I felt so bad when X had that rash for so long, and it definitely could've been the diapers making it stay. But I don't know, they still use the same (Dollar store brand Kidgets) diapers now and he's almost 3 and hasn't had it come back since he turned 2.
