Car Seat *Pics*

Can someone PLEASE explain this picture to me?? I mean wth??

its a baby..in a car seat.. buckled in incorrectly. the end.

Looks pretty self explanatory.

The chest clips need to come up higher. they are suppose to be level with the breast bone..

If its about the chest clip, they come to the stomach on babies usually. If you pull the chest clip up, the straps will tighten around their necks and rub their neck raw.

ETA: I mean, perhaps it's down a little low, but you cant really pull them all the way up til they are a bit bigger. A friend of mine bitched about the pic of my son leaving the hospital. She said the exact same thing...chest clip was too low. 1) I didnt put him in the carseat. The nurse did and she inspected everything before we left. 2) if it had been pulled up higher, the clip would be at his chin and the straps would be rubbing his neck.

It's a newborn placed in a car seat by poorly educated parents..

Innocently? More like incorrectly. Its a chest clip, not a stomach clip, and the cover shouldn't be there. And there is only one.

It is suppose to be up by the arm pits...if it's not the baby can slip out in an accident.
