What I don't get is why people don't tighten the straps. Most peoples reasoning is that they are afraid they will squish their baby. Did that same baby NOT just come out of your tiny vagina? That's the worst trauma most babies will ever go through. Some car seat straps aren't gonna hurt them...

What does that mean??!! I have seen that 3 times tonight but otherwise have never seen anyone say it. I can't make a connection in the topic replies I saw it on as to what it means.
