HELP!

ok so is vomiting and lethargy and no fever food poisoning or the flu?

could be either.. and both could come with a fever as well

If there's no fever it's more likely food poisoning. But it's not a definite. The flu can have no fever, and food poisoning can cause a fever.

ok thanks girls, my 3yr told me her tummy hurt earlier today and she was a little grumpy then around 7 this night she vomited and was rly dizzy, and sleepy. since then she just been really lethargic and she keeps throwing up. poor kid. But she has not fever and she does keep asking for fluids.
She has asked for Almond milk and water, but I have only given her a little Almond milk.

Sounds like she has the tummy bug that is going around. Both of my kids had it with no fever.

could be both, but i'd say the flu.
I know A LOT of kids are getting it now.
It just had a go around at Lo's school..

Megan she is like soo much better today she like a normal freaking toddler again.
she also made me and my dad sick and we both feel like death still im like kicking myself in the butt for not taking my emergency and ecinacea for a few days. ugh..
