i use on a scratch on DD's face, got home from work and she had a scratch on her cheek from playing with her dad. ( playing with a blankie and she went to pull it off her head and got her face. ) i had just trimmed her nails. DH said her cleaned it off with a wipe.
heres a few pictures of the scratch, he said it bled for a bit.

i'd use neosporin.

Arnica its in a yellow container, I've seen it at dollar general its about 5 bucks,

I put neosporin on everything. it works for everything. lol

I've used neosporin on a few scratches on her face too in hopes that they'd heal faster and not leave a scar. It worked fine. Just use a little bit so if she rubs her face, she doesn't rub it into her eye.
