and uterine growth in early prengancy istn caused by the baby  its caused by hormones which contract the uterus and make it grow.

my uterus is growing already at 4 weeks, its clear by the round ligament painds ive been feeling since BEFORE i got my BFP at 12dpo. she probably isnt "showing"

it IS microscopic. do your research. you cant physically see 1/25th of an inch. even so its not visible with the "naked eye" you still need ultrasound

That's on average...and depends on your body structure. Some people carry in their back and some in their front. Like I said, at 12 weeks I measured 17 and was sent for an ultrasound because of it.
