Just wondering how common this is (kinda long)

At 9 weeks and 16 weeks pregnant I experienced heavy bleeding and my ob told me to go the ER. The first time they told me everything was fine and I was having a threatened miscarriage. The second time they did an ultrasound , no pelvic exam, and told me that the baby was fine. The ER doc told me that the baby was growing really fast at this stage and my uterus wasn't expanding fast enough for the baby and was tearing. I thought that sounded a little funky so at my next ob appointment she checked me out. She found 3 polyps on my cervix. They were the cause of all of my bleeding. She told me that she has never seen them in a woman my age (24 at the time) She said that she couldn't remove them until after I had the baby since it could damage my cervix.
So fast forward to now...I'm 8 weeks PP and had my PP check up 2 weeks ago. My ob said nothing about my polyps and to make an appointment for my annual in a year. I honestly kinda forgot all about them at my appointment but realized when I left that I forgot to ask about them.
So my question is did anyone else have polyps on their cervix and did you get them removed? Should I get them removed ASAP or can it wait til my next annual? (My ob said they are not cancerous or precancerous) My pap came back normal.
