They have a seller rating system on there, kind of like Amazon, so I would feel totally comfortable buying from someone with nothing but good ratings. It all looks really legit, but that's not to say that there's not a possibility of getting scammed.

hell with my husband bitching at me for 2 hours last night i can see why some go to a web site to buy drugs

SR is actually legit, you have to use bitcoins to purchase and its all untraceable. My husband and his brother own spend bitcoins.com thats why I know this. But yeah the sellers all have ratings and it is a real thing.
