Yep, pretty sure that is a cyst. Is it painful? If so, you can see an ophthalmologist and they can help you.

It only hurts when it swells up.

When it swells up you can use hot compresses to help it go back down. How often does it swell?

Just the lid. There is a small pimple looking dot on the inside of the lashes.

I know.   she held a rice pack to it for a good bit, and wants to do it again in the morning. It must be soothing.

It really makes it feel better at least it did for me... took some of the pain away.

She can do it 3 - 4 times a day for 10 mins if she wants. That was what was suggested by my optometrist.

I hope it goes away quickly.
