Both. Plus I dont want kids in my bed ever. They have a bedroom and their own beds for a reason. Not to use mine. I have 3 kids 10 and 4 and 9.5 months old. They have never not once slept in my bed or arms etc.....Its not me.

They need to have the skill of sleeping by themselves and fall asleep on their own without me. I want independant and non clingy whiney kids. Yes on her people say it does not creat that, but I cant count on two hands all the people in my family and even with friends that whine and complain 24/7 about how they wish they didnt start co-sleeping cause their kids are whiney and clingy and wont sleep by themselves at 7 plus years old. I am sorry I dont want to put myself through that kind of smurf. lol

Yup same here. my best friend has never spent a night away from her 7 yr old dd, cause she wont sleep without her in her bed. lol I laugh a lot at her whiney clingy kid. lol

WOW!..I havent been away from my 13 month old cause I have no family to watch her LOL...She has crawled in bed with me, but I put her back in hers and she is fine. I could careless if others co sleep. Most of my friends say they will never do it again. I really do not know why people co sleep, except to get better sleep. Hell my 13 months old still wakes up 3=4 times a night..I have cried lol

I thought it was pretty self-explanatory. Of course the people against cosleeping have a plethora of family members and friends who cosleep and they all have whiny, clingy kids and they all complain all of the time, and you both just laugh laugh laugh constantly at them.   Sorry it's dramatic and not believable at all. I cosleep, or did, and I don't know many people who cosleep at all. Like one. Most people don't even talk about it because of the stigma surrounding it.

There was a show on tv about a family who all slept in the same room even the teens. Wife swap I think.

Like i said I dont have an issue with parents co csleeping, They are doing what they think is best for them. I dont see either way as right or wrong. Yes I do have friends who want to "shoot: themselves for doing it. Yes I laugh at them. I also said not all kids are like that. I never said you did.  

They can complain about whatever they want. Even people who have never coslept have kids trying to climb into their bed everynight, kids afraid to sleep alone, kids afraid of the dark etc. It's a normal part of some kids' childhood, it has nothing to do with cosleeping.

it's probably just the kid.......like he/she would be clingy regardless. I doubt co-sleeping alone is the reason. It's either the kid's personality or the general way your friend parents, not the co-sleeping. kwim?
