c section stitches still not dissolved?

I'm 5 weeks pp and still have my stitches? Is thus normal?

i had one stitch left when i was 6 weeks pp and they removed it. i guess as long as it's healing, it's ok.

Its at the end of the cut tied in a knot?

Idk. I had staples. They took mine out the day i left the hospital. 4 days PP..

My first child thats what i had only it was 3dys pp and they put steri strips on the incision.

Staples.... Ouch!

better than stitches to me. i only had them in for 4 days, and then steri strips on for a week. then i had nothing on my incision. more comfortable to me.. and my scar is hardly noticeable at all. which i LOVE!

i still had a couple that had not dissolved at 5 weeks pp..
