Tubes in ears. Question!

They put tubes in Chandler ears yesterday morning. hes 10 months old BTW. Anyways they said he would sleep most of the day but he didnt he was great! playing laughing eating just great! Well today...hes cried all day hardly ate pulling on his ears wont sleep...I tried to call the 1 day surgery place but kept getting a voice mail that can take 48hrs to return calls.....I called his regular dr and she said just to call them but thats a dead end. and the ENT office is closed. SO my question is, is its normal for him to be this way today?

my daughter had tubes put in at a year old.. she was fussy the day after. her ears were sore. give him some tylenol.

This. DS had tubes put in his ears and he slept the day of and was kinda fussy the next day. Just wanted to cuddle with mommy

my daughter was the same way.. He will be feeling much better soon.
