My first concern was the naming pattern...And then my husband reminded me why we weren't sure about Alana...It really is close to Alaina...

We say Alana Ah-lawn-a, and we say Alaina A-lane-ya.

But I understand wanting to use that name because of the purposes behind it... that's a tough one.
