what do you do when your baby won't take a nap?

My baby girl is 10 months old & she will not take a nap what do I do? She has been up since 8am & its 3:30pm?

They go through this stage. Try to lay her down. It probably won't work. DD did this at about 10 months for a week, and again at about 18 months for a week. She doesn't fight me at all anymore.

I guess I would play with her, seeing as though she's wide awake.

Play with her to tire her out?

She has been up playing ALL morning, Inside & outside
