My 36 weeker was only 4lbs 12oz and had stopped growing around 33 weeks because of placenta prevea. He came out looking like a little raisin, all shriveled up and tiny. Thankfully he dIdnt spend any time in the nicu and is a healthy 3 year old today.

I have a 36 weeker! He is 15 months old now. He tried coming starting at 29 weeks, so I am very, very thankful that the medication and bed rest worked for me and kept my little man baking for 7 extra weeks! He had no NICU time, and so far the only issues he has had is jaundice, and he seems slightly delayed with some of his milestones like walking, and he rolled and crawled "late". He made a big improvement yesterday with walking! He held only one of my hands and we walked through the whole house <3 I'm still having a proud mama moment.

My DD (2nd baby) is a 34 weeker. I first went into labor at 27 weeks and was in the hospital for a week hooked up to magnesium sulfate. I was sent home at 4 cm and 90% effaced, needless to say I was on bedrest. 7 weeks later I was in the shower and blood started gushing down my legs. DH rushed me to L&D and I was 6 centimeters and 100% effaced. We were terrified. I had an epidural, bad idea! My BP dropped, I passed out and had a minor seizure. They flushed it out of my system and I came to and was 10 centimeters. I only had to push 4 times and she came shooting out. She was 5lbs 3 oz and 18 inchs long and a head full of hair. She only had to stay in the nicu for 36 hours. They allowed us to do fingers feeding(tiny syringe and our pinky finger) with my pumped colostum. She never would latch onto the breast. She was able to come home after 5 days. She had major issues with her weight, she dropped to 4lbs 3oz, but very slowly started gaining it back. She was so itty bitty, she didnt hit 8lbs until she was 4 1/2 months. Now she is a happy healthy 4 year old full of attitude

I have a 33 week preemie. he was born 3 pounds 9 ounces, and 16 inches long. went for my doctor's appointment due 2 swollen feet.BP was very high. send me to the hospital for lab work. tur. I received 1 steroid shot an hour before my son was born. I had heelp syndrome. the doctor did and immediate c-section. my son came out crying and pink. I saw him for about a minute. then I didn't see him again for 4 more hours. he was transferred to another local hospital in the NICU. he had a breathing tube for 2 hours. and oxygen for 2 days.,jaundice a.d feeding tube for two days. he spent 10 days in the NICU, and another 10 in the step down unit. came home at 20 days old. weighing 4 pounds 1 ounce. 2 weeks after his homecoming, I was changing his diaper and found a hernia on his groin. he had surgery the next week, has had issues with reflux. he is growing into such a big boy now, is just over 16 pounds, hold his own bottle he knows how to roll over, can bear weight on his legs, and he says the word mama. the last 7 months have been joyous stressful exciting and fearful for a our family.
Dominick Aiden James you are our little miracle.

I have a 35 weeker, induced due to pre-eclampsia. I was so blessed that she was born 7lb 12.5oz (I'm diabetic so I knew she'd be big) and 21 inches long. She had no problems at all, never in the NICU and we went home in 2 days. Now 12 weeks (tomorrow) she's 14lb 4oz and a little over 23 inches. Doing perfect for a baby her age and even better if we went by her adjusted age. She's my little fighter

I have 2 36 weekers!!

Tate was born at 36+2 after only 1 hr 46 minutes of labor. He was 6 lbs 1 oz. He is now a happy healthy 3 yr old. He is extremely intelligent and has already started reading! He impresses me more and more each day.

Bo was born at 36+3 after only 36 minutes of labor! She was a tiny 5 lbs 3 oz. She is now a bubbly beautiful 2 yr old. She is very advanced in speech and social skills. She can spell her name!

I couldnt imagine my life without my babies. As terrified as I was for them to be preterm, everything went more perfect than I could have imagined.

They are the absolute perfect children for our family. My little blonde haired blue eyed beauties. My life is perfect!!!
