I can't find it anywhere. I saw it in magazines this summer.. and told my daughter I"d get some. I went to sally's and Ulta... no luck.

Top right isn't hair chalk. I follow that girl. That's dyed hair. She dyes it a lot.

I did find some tutorials on youtube and they seem to work just fine on dark hair!

yeah i just wet my hair and use regular chalk and it works fine

I have dark hair and it totally works. for my birthday I chalked my hair purple. SO's auntie works at sally's beauty supply so I get all the cool and new stuff.
