re: Gender Ultrasound

19 weeks both times..

I was 18 weeks & 4 days. So pretty much 19 weeks (my office always rounds it up to the next week when I go since my new weeks start on the weekend). But that's just because that's when my monthly visit fell.

You can pay out of pocket but the closest place to me is a state over. My doctor does it at 19 weeks.

15 weeks. confirmed at 19 weeks.

22 weeks with my daughter, 17-18 weeks with this little boy.

I found out when i was 18 weeks and i didnt have a 3d intill i was about 33 weeks.

My OB doesn't tell people until around 20 weeks, so I opted to have an elective ultrasound at a 3D/4D ultrasound place to find out earlier with both my girls.
With my now two year old, I went in at 14 weeks but her legs were crossed. So I came back at 16 weeks and found out she was a little girl then.
Yesterday I went in at 14 weeks and found out I'm having another little girl.

I found out at 20 weeks

21 weeks with both. They say 18-22 weeks but most hospitals these days don't do it until 20 weeks because it's not actually for the gender, it's for the rest of the anatomy.

no one ever seems to take that into account.

SO was baffled, but he's a man so, no surprise there.

Ain't that the truth, haha. One of our clinics back home doesn't even tell you the gender. You have to pay a different place to do so if you want to find out.

We found out when I had the anatomy scan at 19 weeks went back for a follow up (couldnt see everything the 1st time) at 23 weeks and she gave us a few 3d shots she said 3d/4d is really pointless before 23 weeks or so because the baby isn't very cute (developed enough to see many features).
