Waking up with headaches

I wake up every morning with a headache, does anyone else? Do you know what the hell causes it? Drives me insane! They go away in an hour or so but WTF?

YESSSS.

And I hate it.
But I know what to do for them. Caffeine. After I have a cup of coffee...I feel soooo much better. I hope you figure out how to get rid of them....I know how much they suck!

I do too sometime. As soon as I get fluids I feel a ton better! 6-8 hours is a long time to go without water. I think it's because I'm dehydrated.

I don't drink coffee, I don't drink caffeine at all really. I down water all day long though, like a gallon a day. My DH is convinced it's because I use those water packet things to flavor your water.

I'll be honest, my life feels significantly easier since I started drinking coffee   lol

See, and I used to rarely drink coffee or anything with caffeine in it. Like I always got sodas with no caffeine and the only time I would get coffee was when I got an iced coffee, and that was only a couple of times a month. But now is almost as if my body asks for it :/ it's weird.

That could be. Artifical sweeteners aren't the greatest. I don't drink caffine much either.

I'm a Mt Dew-aholic. That's pretty much the only caffeinated beverage I enjoy. I'm trying to lose weight so I avoid it at all costs.

I don't know, if I didn't drink enough the previous day or if I sleep with my head under the pillow/blankets I get them

That could be, to be honest. A lot of those packets have aspartame in them and they ALWAYS give me headaches. Bad stuff.

Do you drink alot of water? our bodies are hot and at night we sweat if you odnt have alot of water in your systom your gonna get dehydrated and headaches are the first sign.. so just make sure your drinking plenty of water it sucks cus youll get up more to pee but its better to know your hydrated then dehydrated
