You might get caffeine withdrawal then. My body NEEDS a small amt of caffeine a day to keep them away. I drink a barqs root beer. But if u like coffee it's only like 5 calories plus what you out in it. So it's not bad for a diet.
Also try drinking a glass of water right when you get up.
And someone said something about sleeping with their head under their pillow and getting headaches. That's from breathing too much carbon dioxide in (the air you breathe out). Make sure nothing is covering your face and causing you to not get fresh air.
Someone else said something about clenching or grinding teeth. I do this at night and during the day an it definitely causes headaches for me.
