Quoting Mrs. Potato Dick:" <blockquote><b>Quoting Mommy☠Kate:</b>" I used to get like that. Can you go for ... [snip!] ... up a bit. The cold will make my body tense even more and hurt. I went outside for a minute today and it didn't feel great. Lol."
yeah not so great when its cold out, I hate being cold. I used to hate that anxious feeling, I would feel it right when I would wake up, like tingles all over my shoulders and tense, just on edge and nervous for no reason. Just remember that its a natural reaction to whatever you are feeling inside, like your automatic thoughts. Maybe you've been thinking negatively for a little while and haven't realized it? If you tend to just let things go, like if you are upset about something but then just let it go or push it aside, it will build up. It's your body's way to tell you it needs a release. I used to get this way and it would last for days because I would get nervous about feeling nervous and just think I was going crazy. Maybe try writing out about how you are feeling in life, what some of your goals are and what steps you can take to get there.
