Well, technically I woke up at 2am, sat up and my water broke. But I had been cleaning all day so I kind of attribute it to that lol but either works.

I was bummed! After 12 hours of that smurf in my vagina and bad contractions and cramps all I wanted to do was soak in the tub...go to sit down and sploosh. I am so glad they didn't have to break my water,if they would of had to I probably would have kicked somebodys teeth out with out the epi. That smurf is a life saver.

Depending on how high risk the pregnancy is it really limits your options.
One thing I done during my extremely high risk pregnancy was devise a plan with family members when I hit my limit of bedrest. First I went to my parents and they fixed Kajen for Dinner. Then I went outside with my little brother and played basketball for 2 hours. I then went to my inlaws and grabbed my father in law his 1979 Silverado and said to me to the mountains bumpy ride time. After that went home with hubby forced intimacy which had been a while because of preeclamsia. Went on a 16 block walk then to end that had to go up a huge hill. Within 14 hours my sweet little Bayliegh (now 10) was born with no major complications. so basically intimacy, activity, and spicy foods. Not sure which but something worked.
