39.2 and needing help

Coming down to my last days ive realised im in more pain then usual. I know all these pains are normal but they are stopping me from doing things. The pain is a dull ache in my lower spine and right deep down in he pelvi area. Is here anything i can do to realieve some of the pain ? Ive been trying hot showers and panadol but its only tempery refilef. Is this something i unfortunaly must put up with for the next few days or can it be relieved ?.
