Need Help!!!!!

My son is 12 months old and he woke up this morning with little red bumps all over his belly, chest, neck, and face... I have no idea what to do! I noticed a couple of bumps on his belly 2 or 3 days ago but now there every where. Do you know what they might be? Has your lo ever had them? And what should I do, call his doctor or will they just go away?

any other symptoms? did you use new detergent or soap??

No he doesn't have any other symptoms and I haven't used anything new on him. He is happy and playing like normal! He did have a fever and was sick two weeks ago.

Definitely sounds like a allergic reaction to something. I would watch him closely and call the doctor so see what they want you to do.
