Me lol. I'm pissed that I'm starting this heavy. Not that I was expecting to get preg. I don't want to gain weight.
Ugh... it's just lame. I was down to like 80kg & then it just piled back on during the court stuff and I've just yo-yo'd back and forth since then. Just couldn't get control of my emotions.

I guess all toy can do now is make sure you eat healthy & who knows you might loose some...I guess as long as its not A LOT & your both healthy & bubs growing. I was so sick as you prob remember & I lost I reckon like 10-15. Somehow bub still found enough to survive on. Babies are pretty resilient even in the womb!!

I had 4 kids with baby number 1 I gained 21 pounds (lost it PP) with number 2 I gained 25 (lost it PP) before getting pregnant with my 3rd child I gained 30-40 pounds during my pregnancy I only gained 15 pounds my son came out healthy at 8 pounds.
This last pregnancy I only gained 4 pounds and she was healthy at 7 pounds 10 oz at 2 days shy of 42 weeks.
With that said it is completely possible to gain little to no weight during pregnancy and your child still be 100% healthy.
Eat right and drink plenty of water. Also if you can start walking that will help as well.
