If you still have a fever today, you should definitely go see a doctor. Don't wait til your next appointment. If it goes untreated for that long, it could abcess, and cause you a whole lot of other problems.

I had Mastisis a few weeks ago and it did go away on its own! I had a a fever, redness and breast pain in my right breast for about three days. The sore red spot was a large area below my nipple. I fed Asher alot from that side, took tylenol and drank tons of water and it went away by itself

I'm glad that your regimen worked. Mastitis can be awful.

I have never had it before. All i know is it hurts and the fevers kill. Sensitive to the touch and hot!
