lip quivering???

I noticed a little while ago that LOs lips will quiver every once in a while. At least I think it's his lips. I suppose it could be his tongue. The only reason I noticed it is because he had his pacifier in his mouth and I saw the paci quiver. He's 3wks3days old. Is this normal???

Yes, completely normal. Some babies have twitching limbs due to their immature nervous system.

Addison does it - at first I thought she was cold - but now she just does it at random times.
