It was nummy. I just dislike the loads of sugar in it. I knew it was going to be a problem when I bought it.

Cheating once in a while is good for your metabolism. Plus dark chocolate is better for you than others

I lost 30 lbs this year. There is NO room for shame in success. So just remind yourself that its not a big deal in the grand scheme of things and do an extra 30 mins on the elliptical (or exercise of choice) tomorrow.

Thanks! I'm high risk pregnant now, so I CAN'T exercise at all and I've gained 3-4 lbs since I got pregnant (I'm 12.5 weeks) and its making me crazy! I'm still almost 20lbs down from where I was before I had my son (as in before my first pregnancy).

I just wanna RUN, haha.
