Don't get yourself down over a chocolate bar! Easier said than done though, I know. I find with myself, that when I let myself become negative over eating something I "shouldn't" have (pre-preg dieting), that my emotions just make me spiral and I lose control. Also, when you focus so much on the things you "shouldn't" have... it makes you want them more. lol. Don't make anything off limits, no punishment or self guilt... just turn your mindset around to focus on what is the best for you.

Don't count it as a "fail" or whatever, it was just a snack, not even a binge. You won't even gain from that one, if you just keep going. Think about the positive things; like dark is better than milk, right?! Oh and the fact that you've lost 16lb, that's freaking awesome! You're doing so well.
