Wow, wierd feeling

Has anyone ever woken up from sleeping, gasping for air? I was sleeping and woke up really fast and gasping for air. This was the first time it has happened to me

Yes, I have....its called sleep apnea

It could be sleep apnea. I've woken up many, many times and felt like I had stopped breathing in my sleep.

Im not sure if I snore. Ive had trouble sleeping lately idk what is going on. Cant fall asleep for a long time or I wake up around midnight and cant go back to sleep until 3 am

Ive had a lot of the gasping for air episodes, they´re horrible...you feel like youre dying....those are the severe apneas. Most of the time you´ll have small ones that you wont even notice but do affect you. I got a sleep study done and had 13 episodes in an hour. I sleep with a CPAP since then.

Sounds like sleep apnea. I've had it and my son has it. It's veryscary

I had a hysterextomy in january, developed a blood clot in my lung after, then I developed c diff from the hospital. Now im having issues with my knee
