random but..I was just wondering, i know when you give birth vaginally, you're supposed to use that squirt bottle to clean yourself or whatever. Do you have to do this with a csection ? I had a csection over a year ago and for some reason they made me use the bottle but it seems kinda unecessary now that I think aboit it ?

I got really, really swollen like I had birthed vaginally, and post partum bleeding. It's to help keep things clean, basically.

My understanding is you can still get swollen down there because of all of the hormones. I was given thew bottle to wash away the blood and whatnot every time I went to the bathroom.
