if you have body image/self esteem issues

How do you cope? I have always had issues but have had confidence is myself. Since having my baby 10 months ago, I am below Pre pregnancy weight but I look horrible. I still look pregnant with a spare tire and stretch marks to my belly button, my hair fell out at the temples and broke off and it was already really thin now I have really short hair and extremely short bangs, some of my stitching came out after an epsiotomy so I'm not right down there. I have no muscle gone due to a muscle disorder called Guillaine Barre I got from a stupid post partum flu and pertussis vaccine. I'm always getting acne. Ugh I seriously do not like one thing on my entire body. I feel disgusting. And I'm not one of these girls on here with a pinch of fat or one stretch mark. I hate when pretty girls with a small flaw make a big deal out of it. I am already pretty homely looking and I just feel like I didn't get any luck in the "pretty" or "shapely" department.

I have decided to stay single forever which isn't so bad but I look so bad I don't even like taking pics with my baby and that makes me sad.

Anybody else go through this? What can I do?

No I don't have this problem. My body is perfect.. hahaha, right.
I had a c section. My stretch marks are HORRENDOUS. I have this little pouch now, that's incredibly horrible. I have a lot more smurfed up smurf on me, but I can't think about it right now. SO is going to trade me in for a newer model.

Yes. I lost all the weight by 10 months but my stomach isn't the same. My boobs are not as nice. But I have extentions and tend to take an hour to do my hair and makeup. I plan on getting my tits fixed ;}

I forgot I broke my nose as a child so it has a pump and is crooked, I got hemeroids from pregnancy, I'm getting these stupid red bumps on my arms and legs even after exfoliating, and I am beginning to see fine lines and wrinkles on my face and hands.  


If I just had a flat stomach or pretty hair, big boobs or butt....something you know. All I have is my dimples   but if I small hard you can see my turkey neck lol

I still have a hard time, i'm back to my pre pregnancy weight and i dont have any stretchmarks but i lost my boobs and my cheeks are definitely not as full anymore i sometimes feel like i look like an anorexic person i never find anything good about myself even though DH tells me im beautiful i still feel ugly

My hair is too thin for extensions

I don't even have dimples going for me. I'm just plain.

For starters.. I'm back to pre-pregnancy weight but I have a belly that I have to suck in continually, I have hideous stretch marks on my belly that are up to my belly button. Not to mention I have them on my boobs as well, I don't understand why though. My left boob is waaaaay smaller than my right and they sag a bit. I have stretch marks on my butt and it's not even all that big. My love handles are sm*rfing huge! Oh and I have freaking pimples on my chin followed by extremely curly hair that I barely have time to do anymore with a 2 month old. i don't even feel pretty with make-up anymore.

It felt good to let that out lol

Well that is great that your dh still finds you attractive. Sorry you feel that way about yourself. I feel your pain.

It felt great. I'm definitely getting plastic surgery in the future. i was giod looking before pregnancy
