Contractions? or BH?

I know when I feel slight BH to relax, lay down, eat something, and some fluids. ive done that. But I still have crampy feelings in my stomach, its semi-hard, and there is a lot of pressure in my belly. It hurts to move. And when I sit up, he is pushing down on my cervix, not a good feeling. Which do you think they are? First time they actually kinda hurt. And I feel like I have to pee, and fart too.

I called SO didnt answer, I texted him, didnt answer. So im turning to you guys. Little help?

edit: all the hardness is down low, and im 37 weeks and like 3days.

My BH are quite uncomfortable. Sometimes they are so tight, I feel like my bladder or uterus is going to explode from the pressure. But mine have been constant, daily for weeks now. I've never been able to relax or drink water to get them to subside. Just time them mama, if they are just uncomfy and irregular, most likely BH.. if you keep having pressure or regular/timetable pain call in. In general of your concerned a call to your doc never hurts

Its just the pressure sucks really bad. I dont like it at all, and I stil have crampy period pains in my lower belly. I was trying to sleep, then I rolled over and had a severve sharp ass pain, that had me in tears, it went away now it just throbs down there. I think i might just go in, to see if everthing is fine. B.c at last appt i was 1cm and thinning reguarly. and she said from haven BH daily, i could be dilating more.
