Occupational Therapy is paying off

This is the first picture that Cora has ever drawn (other than smiley faces) that you can actually tell what it is!

She has been in OT for 4 weeks now and is just making leaps and bounds forward. She is attempting to write letters and can draw some basic shapes.

I'm so so proud of her

That's awesome! I used to volunteer to work with OT buddies when I was 12. I loved it. I learned so much for those guys.

And I don't even know if Cora is getting new skills so much as she is getting the CONFIDENCE to try to do the new things.

She is doing all new things. Taking showers, putting her FACE in water, letting me brush her hair and braid it, writing letters, drawing, doing puzzles and mazes.

Just leaps and bounds forward
