4 year old likes to "creep"

So my ex friend has a little girl. The ex friend has had numerous boyfriends in the last couple months and has taken her kid "creeping" to find out where her boyfriends have been. So know the girl asks if she can creep on my 3 yr old son. Does the girl really need to know/do that?

I am confused...she wants to stalk your son? Are we talking about the 4 yr old asking this?

Yes the 4 year old wants to stalk my son. By creeping I mean the ex friend will drive all over the place to find out where her boyfriend(at the time) is. Her daughter constantly asks about driving by our house to stalk my son.

That's....really sad. Her mother sounds ghetto as hell.

It really pisses me off because she is being raised like that. I don't know how many times I have seen the little girl dance like a stripper. And her mother thinks its cute. Seriously, a 4 year old swinging around the front porch post. I asked her where she learned that and she said that her mom and her friend got drunk and thats how they dance. It is getting to the point that I don't want my son around the girl. I understand that kids can be mean and grumpy, but the girl will actually treat my son like he is a dog. Make him beg and cry just so he can play with her. And he doesn't understand what she is doing.
