in your crockpot on low, add chunked chickenbreast, 2-4 tablespoons of butter and 1 packet of italian dressing mix. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until done. I also added a splash of veggie broth to keep things moist.
once the chicken is cooked through, add 1 packet of cream cheese and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. turn to high and cook for about 30 mins.
salt and pepper to taste and serve over rice or egg noodles.
