I have an irregular heartbeat as well, but I found out about 2 years ago & they never even considered putting me on medication. The hospital I went to was smurffy though & they acted like it was no big deal even though it caused me to black out.

Thats stupid! I have to go back monday to get things figured out. It is scary and sucks! I cant breath and feel dizzy and all that. Did you end up finding a different doctor?

No, I was living with my dad at the time in Alabama & since the doc wasn't concerned he wasn't either. I mentioned it to my OBGYN & he said that once I have the baby he will see about referring me to someone so that I can make sure to get it taken care of.

We probably have the same thing. It was a very long word he used lol. He said at this point no meds in the pregnancy. Does this mean im high risk and my next pregnancy will be? Did they have to monitor the baby and does it effect labor?
