I don't think you can lose 20 pounds? But drink only water and only eat fresh fruit and vegetables and nuts for protein can help.

The last few pounds are the hardest. LOTS of cardio and healthy eating!!!

My mom had gastric bypass and had to go on this all packaged food diet thing for a month before the surgery. She said anyone can buy those. Maybe research suppliers for that?

You can get Visalus shake mixes and have them for all your meals and snacks. Idk.
