I am a SAHM and I do all the laundry, dishes, and everything that has to do with cleaning. I feel houswork is my job.
I do think if you are home you should do the laundry, at the same time he should not have yelled at you over it and instead came to you in a better manner and asked if next time you could please do his laundry.

I'm a SAHM mum.. I do the laundry, it's no big deal to me.

SO has 50 button down shirts that he cycles through all the time.. we don't get them dry cleaned, I wash them, air dry them and iron them.. it's really not that big of a deal to run a load of laundry to me.. Especially socks and underwear.. you chuck them in, press a button, stick them in the dryer, what's the big deal?

If I had to hand wash stuff, I'd bitch.

I never understand... if you're home doing nothing, does it hurt to do something kind and just wash the laundry? Is it THAT big of a deal?? Especially for someone you love. DH and I do it based on whoever is home and how much laundry there is.

To be honest I love doing my fiances laundry. I do whatever I can to make his life easier. He works in the city every day an hour and a half drive there and then another hour n a half back. He works on elevators so everything is greasy n stuff. He does whatever he can for me gets me what i need or even want and I feel the same way. He works his butt off so I enjoy it and I enjoy doing all housework.
