It's (by law) the woman's choice and she has the ultimate decision. So the point of the thread is, IMO, if you had ALREADY made the choice, would you tell him?

Not really, he can say he doesn't want you to get an abortion all he wants but it's not his decision, because it's not his body being sacrificed for the pregnancy.

I wouldn't. It would hurt me enough, I wouldn't want to take the chance he'd tell a bunch of people we mutually knew and get harassed for it. It's MY decision.

If I made my mind up I wouldnt want any other opinions on the matter. With the potential for drama, id keep my decision to myself.

I think it would be different if it were a one-night stand (a true one-night stand- like you just met the guy the night of having sex) than if it were one of your friends.
In the first scenario, I probably wouldn't tell him. The second, I would probably tell him, because as a friend, I would want someone to be there for me emotionally.

See, for me, being in a relationship and not telling would be completely unacceptable. That's an entirely different situation, a relationship is supposed to be built on trust.

A one night stand is supposed to be based in no ties.

I just wouldn't want him to be upset about something I decided would be best.

I'd probably tell him if I knew he wouldn't blab it to the world. I think he mainly has a right to know despite not having a right over my body.

BD told me if I ever got an abortion that he would kill me for "killing" his child. You never know if your one night stand is as smurf-tarded as my BD.
