So what, exactly, do you think is bad with weed? Because there are no studies that show it has any ill effects. Unless you actually smoke it, but that has nothing to with the fact it's marijuana, it's just unhealthy to smoke anything. So why would she keep it away from you, pregnant or not?

I smoked more than a few times in the beginning I found out at 12 weeks, or so. I quit when I did, but I'm 27 weeks now and the baby's growing well, no issues. My cousin smoked throughout her entire pregnancy, and her boys weird as hell but not from the pot, and my mother not that I approve of her actions in life. She smoked with me and my two sisters, and I seem fine o.o;

Baby will be fine... Contact high from one hit... I doubt it, it was probably psychosomatic. Like I read previously.

I didn't "let her" ... I was going to borrow her car and she came along for the ride. I didn't realize what she was doing until she already took a hit. I don't smoke or do any kind of drugs in general, I quit smoking 2 years ago and if my husband and I drink it's once in 3 or 4 blue moons... we are happy and sober people... it's why I am so pissed off at my sister right now.

Out of respect for my personal beliefs and life choices... I chose to be sober. I don't want marijuana around me because it's disgusting and it is addictive. I don't want it around my family because I don't want my children thinking it is okay to smoke weed or do any kind of recreational drug. I don't cram my bible down her throat because that's not the life she has chosen. I respect her and expect an equal amount of respect in return.
