But it's the fact that it never occurred to her to give us back the refund tickets.
I'd like to know how she was given 6 when WE had the receipt for the tickets, you know? Who determined SHE was the person they should even be refunded to? THAT also makes me mad. Did they not ask for the receipt? They should have been refunded only back to SO seeing as how he paid for them on his debit card?

Meh; honestly you're lucky (well MIL is lucky apparently) that they refunded the tickets in the first place. It's not their job to keep people quiet in the theatre.
