damn that is smurffy, you guys should just show up and get them from her. I know that if mine or my husbands mom did that to us, he wouldn't of let either of them leave the theater without giving them back.

I would beat the smurf out of her, and get the tickets back.

Soooo, a movie theater lobby full of people, the aunt and the two children with the group isn't enough proof?

Actually it is if it's you word against theirs. Generally speaking it's then nearly impossible to get a conviction. Most assault cases, along with a lot of others rely heavily on eyewitness corroboration. Baring that it becomes a she said he said sort of scenario. Where neither party can truly prove how it happened.
