My Miscarriage Story

This is basically so i have the story for myself, i'm deleting it off of my about me and this is incase my computer crashes and the story gets deleted.
I am an early miscarriage survivor. January 23, 2011 I found out by random home pregnancy testing because i just had a feeling, That i was pregnant. At first I was freaking out because I did not think i was ready, but as I was on the phone with SO (now DH) I could tell by the sound in his voice that he was super excited. I had to know right then how far along I was so I went to the ER and said I was having horrible pains, which i know was a horrible thing to do but please forgive me, i was young and very scared. The dr was surprised I had found out by home pregnancy test since i was 3 maybe 4 weeks pregnant by the HCG levels, They couldn't really see anything in the U/S which also meant i was only a few weeks pregnant. So I went home and was still freaking out, well over the course of the week I became more and more excited about it. We had talked about so many things. Well it was Saturday after I found out, and I told my mom. She flipped out, and needless to say we had a screaming battle towards each other, it was so bad!   I asked her to be there for me and all she had to say were hurtful things. The next day at around 7 I was with SO(now DH) and we were laughing, I laughed hard once and thought I had peed myself and so I went to the restroom, I looked down and instantly screamed for Ryan, There were huge clumps and blood everywhere. I began crying so hard, we rushed to the hospital for the Dr to tell me i was probably going through a m/c. I was hurting so bad physically and mentally. The cramps were horrible. I kept blaming myself, but blaming my mother as well. If I had just stopped arguing with her maybe it would have never happened. I bled for a week, then got my first period late February just 3 weeks after the miscarriage.


One happy note is, during my first period, just 3 weeks after my m/c, i conceived my DS. I found out April 7th i was pregnant. And based on my due date, time of conception was late February.

April 7th, 2011- Found out I was pregnant by home pregnancy test
May 18th-Went to hospital due to extreme cramping similar to the ones i had during my first miscarriage and saw my baby for the first time on u/s. Found out I was 11 weeks 2 days (further than I thought) and due December 5th and heard the heartbeat. My SO and i also saw that the baby had both fully formed ears which the tech was surprised we saw that soon, and all fully formed limbs. Needless to say we were happy to know the baby wouldn't have my problem nor my brothers (born with half my left ear, brother half left arm)
May 20th-First OB appointment, and second time hearing the heartbeat which was so much louder, i loved it!
July 12th-Second U/S (gender u/s) Found out it was a healthy baby boy!! and we're naming him Jamie Eduard Allen Turner 19 weeks 1 day
July 22nd-Saw Jamie move from the outside for the first time

November 7th- Got in a car accident while on my way to my OB appointment. Got right in to an u/s to make sure baby and placenta were ok. We saw his big head that was locked and loaded for delivery as well as a healthy placenta. But had to go to L&D to be monitored to make sure everything was alright.
November 9th-found out i was 20% thinned and a half a centimeter dilated
November 16th-found out i was 80% thinned and 1 centimeter dilated
November 23rd-found out i was 90% thinned and 3 centimeters dilated
November 30th-found out i was almost fully thinned and 4 centimeters dilated.
❤ December 2nd, 2011-My baby boy entered this world at 11:40 am! ❤

Aww im sorry! Are you guys trying for lilly a little sibling?

Our son turned 1 sept 27th I found out we were expecting again sept 28th and then we lost our little one Oct 11th. I was 5 weeks and 6 days. =[

Aw that's not good. My first period wasn't that bad, and i actually got pregnant with the son i have now during it too.

so sorry to hear about your miscarriage... why would you want to save your miscarriage "story" though? :-(

Because i just want to remember everything. I haven't needed to look at this to remember so far but i just never want to forget.

You want to remember everything about a miscarriage? Guess were just totally different. It's just a heavy period. ... Not much to remember. I was 9 weeks with mine. Forgive me if yours was an actual baby

I'm sorry, but i find it rude that you're judging me for wanting to remember my miscarriage. It was my baby/fetus none the less, a part of me.
