i was just asking i was researching on abortions and came across abortion survivors.... and came across actual testimony of people who survived failed abortions...and just wanted to hear and talk to someone if they went through a failed abortion...

I read a story about I guy that was supposed to be aborted rather early on... The abortion failed and his mother took that as a sign that she should keep him... So she did. He was born without a few limbs, but other than that, hes fine.

Third trimester abortions are horrid. No judgement on abortions and especially if it's medical. But Third trimester... That's scary. I've looked it up a few times just out of curiosity I went through quite a morbid phase at 12 weeks. I read everything. I don't know anyone who has gotten one. Sad thought though they must have gone through a lot. And it's pretty illegal, a man here in FL just lost his license for the 4th-5th time in Orlando being caught doing this. Different tactics from what I read than a typical 3rd trimester abortion your best option would be keep googling if you wanna find true blue stories.

I really wouldn't consider "missing a few limbs" fine........

I was told that for a third trimester abortion that they inject saline into the infants heart which causes it to stop and then they deliver it.

R u even allowed to have an abortion in the 3rd trimester? like legally?

I don't know where that's legal, but I couldn't imagine having an abortion at this point of my pregnancy!! 12 weeks was horrid enough for me! And when I got mine in CA, I got mine 1 week before the limit, they told me 13 weeks. So I dunno why someone said 24 weeks, but maybe its changed in 4 years. And I had a double procedure too, it wasn't failed it was just left over tissue, and that was just as mentally painful for me. I couldn't imagine having to do it twice cause it failed.

After the 12-13 weeks mark, you have to have the surgical procedure. I think that is what they meant. It's been 24 weeks for about as long as I can remember

They do third trimester abortions in New Mexico and Colorado they are very expensive and you can't be past 26 weeks if its not medically needed but they will consider up to 30 weeks on a case by case basis and has to be approved. I know this bc one if my best friends was seeking options bc she was having a mental breakdown her husband left and lost her job and home and was seeing what she could do but she didn't go that route. They do inject in your stomach something that stops the babies heart and then the next day you give birth like you would a still born baby. I would recommend you made it that far to just have the baby and contact an adoption agency bc so many people are wanting babies and can't....but I'm not against abortions and I'm not for them either I think its your own choice
