Any ideas?

kay, so AF has come to town, and I am hurting real bad and craving horrible stuff that I shouldnt eat, I just started insanity like a week ago, and having a hard time completeing it because of the pain from cramps and fatigue and what not, anyone have any ideas on how to still get through my workout and not gain too much weight, considering I bloat?
