Help I need Motivation!!

posted 16th Nov
So I have been studying like crazy I have a huge exam on Tuesday but I want to loose weight and have had no motivation. What is it that you ladies do that helps motivate you. I don't think that I am fat I would like to loose about 10 pounds or jut tone up a bit more. I am 5'9 and 168 pounds on the high end. I watch what I eat and I was doing insanity until my need to cram came to be a factor. My weight loss has been very slow since moving back to MI about a year and a half ago. I really just want to fit back into my old jeans without showing off my love handles . I am open to any recommendations. TIA

I'm in the same boat but plan on starting back at p90x again this week. Hopefully today. I find the best way to keep motivation is to not skip or stop. Even if you just do 15mins of exercise. Seems the day or two you take off deters your entire plan. You can only keep your self going and motivated. It's about how bad you want it.

I at least do that I have to walk my boys to and from the bus stop down the road since the bus refuses to pick them up from my actual house. That's a total of about 30 minutes a day of walking. I know that I don't feel bad about how I look naked. I just wish I looked the same in clothes, if that makes any sense. I even take pics in my swim suit every month to try and track my changes better.

Well make the time you get home from walking them to the bus your set work out time. Same time every day. Unless you go straight to work or something. Your heart and body are already warmed up.

Good thinking I am going to start doing that. I will squeeze in an hour at the very least every morning after dropping them off. That will be me goal.
