99 pct of the time we just had cameron in a diaper and a shirt.. and then he was swaddled in a blanket... and i brought 3 outfits. 1 for pictures, and then 2 coming home outfits (didnt know which would fit better)

as for other stuff. my hospital provided diapers which was nice, i brought wipes even though they had some. as for baby wash i didnt need they, they washed him while we stayed at the hospital. i did bring spit up rags though and extra blankets, a baby brush and those baby gloves so he wouldnt scratch himself

Ive had two planned sections.

I took the baby 4 sleepers, you never know if they will vomit all over themselves. I also took swaddler blankets, I think 2. A paci (and I breastfeed), breastpads, pads, breastcream, and I think thats all. I didnt take the car seat with me, I just left it in my car and had SO go get it when we were ready to leave. Oh and I also took granny panties for me, lol. And wore only dresses so nothing irritated my incision.
