Well you just wrote yourself a bad review!

So I was at Safeway picking up dinner and decided to get a Starbucks. I have a "sensitive" 3.5 yr old and very loud strong willed 23 mth old. I knew my time was limited before they started acting up but I really needed that coffee! So while in line my oldest get her feelings hurt and starts crying. Then while waiting for my drink my youngest screams at the top of her lungs. Just something new and annoying she picked up recently. Well the lady making the drinks (who is prob in her 70's and slow which is the reason the lines were so long) finds it approriate to say "geez put a muzzle on that kid!" at first I thought she was just joking (she is usually very nice to my girls) but then she went in to say that back in her day kids like my daughter we removed from the store! My jaw dropped!!!! This is the first time I've ever come cross someone that blunt and rude.
Anyways I was given a survey and you better believe this will end up in the comment section of did I experience any problems during my visit!

When I was a kid and acted up, my parents took me outside. You really should have some concern for other people.

People are rude! I've ran into this once while at an urgent care with my 3 year old who was in a huge amount of pain and whining. The lady was so mean, telling DD she was a smurfing brat, needed to shut up, calling me an idiot because "I cant control my child", etc.

No one likes screaming kids. Esp in a coffee shop.
While what she said was highly inappropriate, she is right. I specifically avoid places when my Son is in rare form. It's smurffy to let kids scream their heads off or act like smurfs in public. No one wants to hear that. Also, shame on you for making a dig at her age. You don't know her situation. The woman has to earn a living just like you, or your Husband. She has to eat, just like you do.
God you sound like a bitch.

But she NEEDED that coffee

Eh I agree with her, I can't stand it when people don't get a handle on their kids. I don't let my 9 1/2 month old scream in a place, it's rude to other people.

The muzzle comment was rude but yeah, if your kid is screaming in public, you should probably remove them from the situation. Its called being considerate. I am a mother but that doesn't mean I am okay with hearing children scream and act wild when I am in any type of eatery.

You should have taken the child outside. There are places I avoid like the plague when I know my child wont behave.
The muzzle comment was out of line but I agree with her other comment.

Not like she was in line for medication. I love how she said that she really needed that coffee
ORLY?

She should have been more professional, telling you to muzzle your kid is completely rude and inappropriate. I wouldn't stick around if my LO was acting out though. I would have found a drive through starbucks instead.

I'm all about mama getting her fix, but if she knew when she got in line that she was headed for a meltdown, just hit the smurfing drive thru coffee place for goodness sake!
