And I'm sorry but making a comment after 1 scream, I think that most people have better things to do then waste their energy on being negative over 1 thing.

My BIL is trying to open a Dutch bros here. There are kiosk parking lot coffee shops. Walk up and drive thu only. Santa Cruz has crazy laws and they are going to tons of red tape   they would make a killing opening one of those here!

I know! There's an open lot on the corner of Ocean and Water and I've always though a drive-thru coffee shop would do so well there but I think there's some kind of issue with that lot plus this town and its laws...SMH.

Its funny how so many people have an opinion on how other children act and they dont even know the entire story or situation...
